Do we ship overseas? 

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

 

Packaging & Handling?

All artworks are professionally packaged to ensure safe transport. Depending on the piece, packaging may include reinforced boxes, wooden crates, protective corners, foam inserts, and insured shipping.
Handling and packaging times can vary based on the artwork’s size, fragility, and materials.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times depend on the artwork and our shipping volume. You will receive full tracking details in your confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Processing time: 5 to 9 business days 

Delivery time:

  • Local deliveries: typically 3 to 5 business days
  • International deliveries: approximately 5 to 9 business days

 

What shipping carriers do we use? 

We work with major international carriers and specialized art-handling logistics partners when required, such as FedEx and DHL to ensure your order is delivered safely and securely. You may be asked to select a preferred delivery method at checkout.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes:

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the client. We are not able to estimate these fees in advance.

 

Shipping Insurance:

All artworks are shipped with insurance covering loss or damage during transit. In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photos so we can assist you. We will take care of the situation by arranging a repair whenever possible, or by providing a replacement if the artwork is not a unique piece. Our priority is to ensure you receive your artwork in perfect condition.

 

Delivery Issues

If your package appears as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly as a first step. At the same time, feel free to reach out to us—we are here to support you and will do everything possible to help resolve the situation quickly.
