Information about the artwork: 

Obsidian Gold Sport Horse explores the encounter between power, light and energy. Inspired by the nobility of the horse, this contemporary sculpture combines a black and gold marbled chrome finish with Swarovski® crystals, creating a deep, ever-changing, almost mineral-like surface.

At the heart of the artwork, a deep blue inclusion acts as a focal point of light and energy, contrasting with the warm, precious tones of gold. As the light and viewing angle change, reflections move across the sculpture, revealing new depths and details.

The horse embodies strength, movement and freedom, while gold evokes light and vitality, and blue suggests a more inward energy connected to intuition and depth. The artwork creates a balance between outer strength and inner energy, raw material and precious light.

 

Information about the artist: A professional football player until the age of 28, he later chose to shift his career toward photography and luxury cosmetics advertising. Self-taught and deeply passionate about graphic arts and craftsmanship, he has developed a sensitive approach to form, material, and detail.

In 2016, he founded his first studio and began creating trophies for prestigious events, particularly within the fields of photography and cinema. At the same time, he initiated the development of his own artistic works and collections.

Through the themes of cars, animals, and humanoids, Cyril B translates the codes of the invisible by shaping information, fluids, speed, aerodynamics, and geometries. His work is rooted in a practice where contemporary aesthetics often engage in dialogue with personal development.
